FarsYT (pronounced Farsight) exists to give ambitious companies the kind of product leadership usually found only inside the world's leading technology organizations. We help leaders see further, decide with confidence and build products that last.
Yemi is a product leader who has spent her career building the systems organizations rely on to make their most important decisions. She is happiest where the problem is ambiguous, the stakes are high and the answer has to be right.
Today she is a Senior Product Manager at one of the world's largest technology companies, where she leads AI-powered forecasting and decision-intelligence products used by senior leaders to plan how a global enterprise grows and where it invests. Her work brings together product, data science, engineering and finance, and it shapes decisions at a scale few product managers ever experience.
She describes her craft as intelligence product management: building the layer of insight that an organization runs on. In practice that means knowing when a model is good enough to act on, how to earn an executive's trust in a number, and how to design products that change what people do rather than sit unused on a dashboard.
Before big tech, Yemi designed credit decisioning systems at a leading development finance institution, where she saw first-hand how capital is assessed and how good technology can widen access to it. Earlier, she worked in strategy and analytics at Fortune 500 companies, learning how great consumer and real estate brands turn customer insight into growth.
That path gives her an uncommon range: the rigor of big tech product management, the discipline of a lender and the commercial instinct of an operator. Clients get a partner who can sit with engineers on a Tuesday, with investors on a Wednesday and with customers on a Thursday, and connect all three.
She founded FarsYT to put that range to work for founders and product leaders building something that matters, with a deep commitment to helping African companies build products that compete with the best in the world.

Perspectives on product strategy, AI and product leadership from inside the systems that shape big decisions.
Most companies start their AI journey by asking what the technology can do. The better question is which customer or business decisions, made faster or better, would change the product. Start there and the use cases rank themselves.
List the decisions your customers make most often and find hardest. The few where better information would change the outcome are your AI roadmap. Everything else is a demo.
Big tech's real advantage is not its headcount. It is the discipline of writing down the problem, agreeing on the metric and reviewing it relentlessly. That discipline costs nothing and works for a team of five.
What to leave behind: heavy process built for thousands of engineers. Keep the written thinking, the clear owners and the weekly metric review. Add the rest only when you need it.
Every item on a roadmap is a promise to someone. The more you list, the less each one means, and the harder it is for a team to say what matters most this quarter.
A strong roadmap names the outcomes you are chasing, the few bets you are making to reach them and what you have chosen not to do. The last part is where strategy lives.
